pza has extensive experience in supporting voluntary and community based organisations to build their capacity, develop and improve services, and raise funding for new services.  Our approach is to work with community and voluntary organisations, to help them to identify the challenges and issues which they face and the solutions to those challenges. 

We bring extensive understanding of the nature of the sector and the added benefits that it offers but also first-hand experience of the challenges which the sector faces in the delivery of projects and services.

• pza was commissioned by the GalGael Trust to explore options for longer term sustainability of the organisation, including franchising their project model, and testing the feasibility of a range of new project ideas.
• pza was commissioned by Arthritis Care Scotland to clarify the outcomes and impacts which they seek to deliver, and assist them to identify appropriate indicators to evidence outcomes. pza will help develop a range of ‘tools’ to measure the changes in these indicators and develop a system for collating and reporting the information so that it can be used as ‘management information’ to inform future development.
• pza was commissioned by Edinburgh Voluntary Organisations Council to provide development support and help secure resources for new services.
